Telecom Expense Optimization Methodology

TeleWise Solutions has highly experienced telecom professionals that negotiate telecom service contracts every day. Our network of independent telecom consultants has the combined experience from over 10,000 clients, the leverage of over $390,000,000 in client funds under management, and software tracking the deals other clients have been offered and by which service providers. All of which enables TeleWise Solutions to get our clients substantial price reductions from telecom vendors regardless of whether clients have existing service contracts or not.

In order to reduce our Clients’ telecom expenses, we work as a neutral third party consulting firm and represent our Clients' best interest. Our fees are funded by sharing the savings 50/50 over two-years with the Clients; and we do not receive remuneration from any service provider. We use an ISO9000-based methodology to ensure any recommendations continue to meet the client’s full requirements. We perform a three-stage process as we analyze our Clients' telecom expenses:


In the first stage, we reconcile the telecom invoices against the Customer Service Records & Contracts looking for billing errors. When we find an error we document it, track it back to the Statute of Limitations and negotiate a one-time payment (we get half). This process generates about 15% of our service fees.

The second stage is to analyze the telecom expenses as they are today, obtain best prices available and produce an Executive Findings & Recommendation Report. 98% of the time our Clients authorize us to implement our recommendations. And this starts the clock for sharing the savings 50/50 over 24 months.

The third stage is to look at the technical infrastructure for additional economies. Often we find under utilized lines or lines that have zero use, Trunks, Circuits, etc. with costs that can be reduced, possibly a frame relay application, or whatever the Telecom Infrastructure might require.

The three stages roll up into what we call Telecom Expense Optimization, and 90% of the time we reduced the expenses by 20-50% while 70% of the time the client never changes vendors. The client always has the final authority to approve our recommendations.

  • Personal Connections – We are so confident that we can save our clients a significant amount off their current telecom expenses that we will give our first $100 in service fees for a new client to any individual who refers us to a company that becomes a TeleWise client. Please provide your name, your contact info and the company you are referring, including the primary contact at that company. You may register referrals as often as you wish and you do not need to be a TeleWise client to participate.

 

  • Platinum Connections – Any TeleWise client who is part of an association, council, chamber of commerce, consortium, society or other entity and who endorses TeleWise to the businesses in their membership, will receive 5% of our first year of service fees for any member company that becomes a TeleWise client. For new client enrollments only – applies only to the first association/entity to refer the new client. The endorsement must be firsthand; therefore the referring association must be an existing client to participate. To register a Platinum referral, please provide us with a copy of the written endorsement sent to the member company. Email endorsements may be forwarded to referral@telewisesolutions.com; hardcopy endorsements may be faxed or mailed per the contact info on on the Contact Us page.
